At The Cuki Club, all our products are made to order — which means we only start creating your items once you’ve placed an order. This helps us reduce waste and make each purchase more intentional.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before being shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Europe: 3–8 business days after fulfillment
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
Rest of World: 7–15 business days after fulfillment

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the items.
We offer flat rates or free shipping promotions occasionally — follow us on social media for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received one within 7 business days, please contact us at hello@thecukiclub.com.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
